This is a vital role to the successful outcome of technical architecture and design functions of the company. You will undertake technical solution design responsibilities within projects to ensure that the design is of the highest possible quality within the required budget and timeframe; and be an SME of end to end technical solution architecture and design.
You will be involved in 2 key projects, one focussed on Front End (ASP) technologies, the other based on Back End (SQL Server) technologies and the integration between them (WCF).
You should have the following skills and experience:
- Solid design documentation experience in a .NET, WCF, SQL Server environment
- Solid experience in development lead or similar project lead capacities
- Solid previous experience as developer and/or designer in Microsoft technologies
Proven experience delivering:
- Design within complex enterprise integration landscape
- Within pre-existing application framework
- Within a structured project teams
- Design following defined process methodologies
- Design for both brown field and green field solutions
- High level and detailed design deliverables for independent software build
Strong experience in:
- Application design and development using .NET/C#
- Service integration design and development using .NET/WCF
- ETL integration design and development using SSIS
- Database design & development using SQL Server
- Solution design using UML
