OSS Solution Architect Sydney
Min 3 - 6 month contract
Our client is a major Telco looking to expand the OSS team with a high level architect with over 5 years' experience in this arena.
InfoVista experience is highly desirable but not essential
OSS Solution Architect for immediate 6 month contract to take accountability for architecture of OSS platforms within these products ( Mobile 2G & 3G, ATM, IP, Carrier Ethernet and SDH) and their relationship with the network. The key responsibility is for management of the many complex interrelationships between these platforms.
The successful candidate will be required to act as an OSS systems architect on several concurrent projects, being responsible for the comprehensive scope and technical architecture of these projects. As such, the position requires an excellent knowledge of both Fixed and Wireless network architectures, the type of OSS systems required to manage these and type of interfaces these require.
The successful candidate requires experience acting as an architectural lead on OSS projects as either the primary person or in a consulting role working with the respective SME's. The role requires the ability to produce solution architectures independently and to review the designs completed by others.
This role represents is a senior position within the System Architecture team.
