My Client a leading energy trading organisation are recruiting a CRM Project Manager who will deliver the Global CRM solution. This will be through a standard delivery of Microsoft's Dynamic product and will enable the decommissioning number of Legacy solutions.
MUST HAVE critera
- A proven track record of successful project management for projects >$3m
- Project Managed CRM Dynamics implementation(s)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Experience of risk assessment, management and mitigation in complex project environments
- Experience of working with a variety of external vendors
- Experience of managing complex dependencies with an attention to detail that ensured success
- Experience of project delivery within in an energy and/or trading environment
- Experience of working with managed service providers
The Project is global in nature and will need to balance the provision of a consistent global standard whilst providing a level of local business flexibility and responsiveness. The User base is expected to be in the region of 400 Users and will cover North America, Europe and Asian offices.
- The CRM Project Manager will need to manage a wide set of key stakeholders and build strong working relationships. They will have full accountability for the delivery of the Project.
- All CRM implementations across all trading business units
- Stakeholder management including managing the CRM Steering Board and presenting the Project to the Front Office Governance Board
- All Project finances, resource management and schedules
- Managing Project risks, issues and dependencies
- Managing Project benefits realisation
- Select appropriate implementation approach including vendor engagements
- Ensure that QA processes are followed for all deliverables produced by the project, and that all relevant standards are adhered to.
