My client, a top tier investment bank are looking for a Senior Corporate Actions Analyst to join their ever expanding work force.
The main role will entail processing and reconciling all corporate action events across all markets ensuring event details/deadlines are communicated clearly and responses submitted prior to agent deadlines (dividends, coupons, rights issues, bonuses, div/scrip options, warrant exercises, bond conversions, consolidations, stock splits, demergers, open offers, takeovers/mergers, certifications, redemptions, drawings, put options, etc.)
