Description
- Analyzes functional requirements to ensure testability, conduct Static Review and determine software application testing approach (Test Plan).
- Ensure Testing Life Cycle methodology is followed to include go/no go decision.
- Define and analyze quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status.
- Ensure application development understands the client's business in order to make appropriate system changes or enhancements.
- Facilitate and lead meetings with multiple clients to understand and resolve defects and/or technical issues.
- Strong analysis skills, able to document complex problems and assist in their resolution.
- Able to acquire negotiation skills to influence business or technical partners.
- Self-starter who can work independently as well as be a strong team player.
- Ability to multi-task and work under stress in an extremely fast paced environment.
- Excellent organization & communication skills. Overtime is expected.

- Bachelors Degree OR 4 years combined education & work experience OR Extra 4 years work experience required
- IT experience and ability to write test cases and/or scripts required 7 Years
