Description
Work as an analyst for Gum base and High Intensity Sweeteners (HIS) categories for Gum & Candy business.
Primary activities will include:
Conduct in depth analysis related to strategic sourcing activities, support for conducting sourcing events, manage systems to ensure supply and payments for suppliers, troubleshoot issues, control and organize deliveries, support project management activities for productivity and value generating initiatives.
The candidate must demonstrate skills as below:
Must Haves:
- Strong Analytical skills - Ability to perform analysis of large data using Excel. Analytical ability on understanding information and developing models and scenarios
- Good communication skills - mainly supporting communication with Global team members and global supply base. Good written communication skills with ability to prepare summaries and deck writing ability
- Good team player - will need to work in teams across regions and with cross functional teams to support project management
- Ability to work in ambiguous and rapidly changing requirements. Need a candidate that can work on few things at a given time and move flawlessly between agendas
- Experience with SAP, Arabia and Excel (General ability to use Access and navigate general systems)
- Degree (business or accounting is preferred)
Preferred requirements:
- Procurement experience preferred but not required. Recent graduates will also be acceptable
- Would like to have a candidate with business, supply chain and analytical background
