Candidate will be responsible for researching real estate titles, deeds, easements and land plans to assist in the procurement of easements, sale or purchase of property, licensing requirements, project research, etc. Candidate will also help to manage revenue leases, drafting of lease amendments, working with expense leases and providing data to support annual Real Estate budgets, Sarbanes Oxley audits, and project work orders. Candidate will record secured distribution easements, develop Joint-Use Agreements (JUA's) and Distribution line crossing documentation. Candidate will interface with internal and external customers via telephone and should have good interpersonal skills and strong writing skills. Position may require off site visits to Registry of Deeds offices throughout the State of NH. May also require travel to meet with customers relating to easements, leases or property sale or acquisitions. Excellent organizational skills required. Candidate must be able to take direction and/or instruction and have the ability to work independently with limited direct supervision. Real estate and/or title background and ability to draft legal documents required. Candidate should be able to work with limited supervision and have a good grasp of general Real Estate and title work concepts. Notary Public preferred. Candidate will interface with internal and external customers via telephone and should have good interpersonal skills.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience required. Candidate will use own vehicle and can be reimbursed for mileage.
