Project Description:The Core I&M group has continually performed below expectations for an extended period of time. The operation needs to be reviewed independently by someone with extensive experience and success in managing I&M teams in order to identify improvement opportunities, develop potential solutions, and provided extensive coaching as required.
Job Description:
Position will be responsible for reviewing Core I&M performance, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices to improve productivity and quality for the Core I&M West organization.
