Job Description -Author and route for approval associated validation supporting documents. Perform the qualification activities, document and resolve any discrepancies during the qualification. Provide validation summary reports.
ACCEPTANCE OF WORK CRITERIA:
The Quality group and EVM's approval indicates the acceptance for the documents generation. The final approval of the summary report is the acceptance for the execution activities.
ACCEPTANCE OF WORK PROCEDURE:
The validation management will review all documents generated, all execution performed and monitor the progress of the assign activities. The routine project meeting will provide a formal track system for the validation deliverables and execution status.
STANDARDS:
The site validation plan, the project validation plan and the engineering documents for each equipment (URS, FS, P&ID) will be followed to generate testing documents and to perform qualification.
