DESCRIPTION:
Develop/modify UNIX Shell Scripts for file processing; Develop/modify existing data model to accommodate additional data sources; Develop/modify ETL for data processing from Staging to ODS to DW; Modify audit tracking process; Modify error handling; Develop project documentation, including Knowledge Transfer documents for support team; Develop operational instructions for deployments; Transfer knowledge to support team with required documentation; Interact with the business users during integration and user acceptance testing; Coordinate with external teams to assure the quality of master data and conduct integration testing.
REQUIREMENTS:
4-7 years related experience; Hands-on experience developing ETL programs using Informatica PowerCenter 9.x in UNIX and Oracle 11g environment; In-depth understanding and development experience using SQL, PL/SQL and UNIX Shell Scripting languages; Proficiency with the Windows NT Server and UNIX (Sun Solaris) operating systems; Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business and technical IT management; Strong analytical and problem solving abilities; Individual contributor
