Our client, a leading financial institution, seeks an IT Change Manager/Data Analyst with a reporting background.
REQUIRED skills and years of experience:

- ACCESS Database
- Reporting from ACCESS
PREFERRED skills and years of experience:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Change Management/IT
- Experience in the financial industry, banking,
Daily duties/Responsibilities with this position:
- Data Analyst and Database Developer with extensive Access & Excel experience.
- Report Developer: Ad-hoc and automated reports designed with a professional appearance.
- Able to fully develop applications from initial requirement gathering to producing user manuals.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, multitask and to add value to the project and the team.
Soft skills needed:
- Versatile public speaker who can clearly communicate technical or complex information.
