As the Senior Change Analyst or Change Manager you will be working with SME's to ensure all necessary change initiatives are made and are consistent across all areas and they to meet business, budget and schedule objectives. You will work within a change management framework. You will produce appropriate communication pieces for all aspects of this change process to suit the audience. You will develop effective stakeholder engagement and management plans and communications strategy and plans. You will do detailed impact assessment and transition plans and implement appropriate training for impacted staff.
To be considered for this role you will have the following
- Previous experience in a Senior Change Analyst role and have some Training experience
- Change Management Certified
- Organisational Change management and Organisational communication
- Strong Impact Analysis experience and business processes
- Learning strategy, planning, development and delivery experience
- Knowledge of Change Management models and concepts including, Change readiness, Communications Strategies and Governance models
- Prefer previous experience Finance industry, preferably Wealth Management
- Stakeholder engagement skills with SME's to ensure projects are well supported
