Project Name:Developer Support Process Management
As a member of the Developer Support team, candidate will be responsible for improving the developer support model through process improvement solutioning and implementation, and collaboration and alignment with other teams and organizations.
Job Description:
Work closely with program teams to understand new functionality being delivered and what resulting support may be required. Attend workshops and planning sessions with a critical mindset, focused on understanding the impacts to the developer support organization and create a plan to prepare and train support team.
Responsible for understanding the end-to-end support model, ensuring Methods and Procedures are defined, documented, and tested prior to new functionality being delivered.
Act as a support advocate to provide and deliver comprehensive policies, job aids, and training material for new and existing services.
