Description
A large retail bank we are working with is looking for 2 compliance managers to join their team on a contract basis working within the business & commercial side of the bank. The purpose of the role is to develop and deliver optimum regulatory risk management strategies focusing on change initiatives within the Business & Commercial Business Unit.
The successful candidate must have:
*A minimum of 5 years experience within compliance, ideally a compliance manager role
*Extensive experience within regulatory risk management
*Understand the operational, legal and regulatory environments, identifying challenges for and the opportunities to impact on the management of regulatory risk
*Understanding of operational processes and system driven potential in a high volume lending business
*An ability to explain technical issues clearly and effectively to a non-technical audience
*Ability to leverage relationships at Executive level within the organisation
*Organisation and Planning skills
*Project Management skills
*Communication and Presentation skills
*Knowledge and experience of managing and supporting large and complex change programmes to a successful conclusion
*Complete understanding of Treating Customers Fairly Principles
