Change Manager

My client has launched a major program in IAM (Identity and Access Management) involving most of the entities in the group worldwide. In order to enforce the IAM policy and implement the corresponding new processes in local organizations, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the IAM program team in the definition and implementation of the IAM Change management strategy.

Main tasks and responsibilities

- Develop and implement an effective and efficient change management approach and roadmap that aims to develop awareness of the IAM program among business, management and IT, to ensure that necessary changes are properly planned locally and to ensure that IAM processes are implemented and used effectiveley. Key deliverables: Change Management plans, User Engagement Strategies and Plans, etc
- Develop and execute an effective and efficient communication plan to support the entire IAM program. Objectives include ensuring accurate and effective communications of planned changes of processes, as well as communication plans, resistance plans and communications with all concerned stakeholders (top management, business leaders, managers, Local ITs, etc). Key deliverables: communications, newsletters, Flash reports, etc
- Develop and implement effective reporting to measure progress in roll out, early adoption, effective utilization and proficiency to new change initiatives for individual employees as well as groups or departments
- Initiate and lead appropriate forums required to support IAM Change management roadmap.
- Maintain a close engagement with people from business, IT and communication departments in order to ensure a smooth and successful transition and implementation of the change initiatives

Report to: IAM Program Manager

Qualifications and key competencies

- Effective and practical experience in the implementation of business process changes within large organizations,
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization, in a world wide structure,
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in both French and English,
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to present at a senior level.
- A team player who, with the ability to work easily with others, he/she will work collaboratively with the other members of the IAM program, localIT(s), communication department and others
- Planning and organizing
- Knowledge in IT/IS
- Knowledge in IAM and/or IT security even basic is a plus

Mission

- Full time or possibly evolving to part time
- Indefinite duration, one month notice
- First month, one day notice
