Role - Information Architect
Location - Stavanger, Norway
Duration - 12 months
Rate - Competitive

Major Oil and Gas operator requires an Information Architect for an initial 12 months followed by an additional 12 month option.

Duties
To participate to the design and implementation of the Company`s IM philosophy, to be implemented throughout the whole organization, which includes:
Processes, governing documents and best practices
Technical/management basis for the administration of the IM system
To provide advice and support in the design and implementation of IM systems and applications.
To ensure that the correct interfaces are established with the Company`s interested Departments, in order to collect all the necessary information for the setup of the Information Management philosophy, in particular for what concerns specific requirements strictly linked to the department`s activities or to temporary environments, such as Projects, Work teams, etc.
To ensure that the existing documents on Information Management philosophy, and its related parts, are reviewed and updated with respect to the needs from the organization.
To provide support to employees to follow procedures and guidelines related to Information Management

Skills and experience
Experience within an oil and gas operator for at least 4 years with information management related tasks.
Information Management project experience; implementing an information management system
Experience and know-how with workflow design and implementation
Must be fluent in Norwegian and English

This role is for an initial 12 months starting ASAP, a monthly allowance is payable towards the cost of flights and accommodation.
