Role responsibilities:
The BA will be responsible for business analysis work stream on a top focus programme involving the transition of commercial banking customer accounts to the core banking system. You will be required to collect, analyse, validate and document the stakeholder's business needs. The successful candidate should have experience with Business Analysis in a software development context. You will report into my clients UK PMO.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience of a software development environment
- Ability to work with a global, virtual team in multiple time zones - both on and offshore
- Agile methodology experience
- Partnering with the business to create business process models
- Organising workshops with stakeholders and presenting output to a variety of audiences - there may be a small element of travel required on this basis.
- Contribute to end-user documentation, process flows, specifications, and diagrams to provide direction
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA Degree; Industry recognised business analysis accreditation eg CBAP
