Scrum Master Agile
A leading Financial Services sector client now requires a Scrum Master Agile to assertively drive individual sprints to completion in line with agreed targets, objectives and budgets through providing effective leadership, motivation and inspiration to a diverse range of skill sets within an AGILE methodology environment. The Scrum Master Agile will manage the full life cycle of an individual software development and implementation track, ensuring quality of delivery against key milestones and targets.
The ideal Scrum Master Agile will have the following skills:
-5 years experience working in an AGILE environment
-General Insurance Claims Expert
-Proven track record in managing and delivering large, key strategic projects
-Proven track record of managing, leading and motivating diverse and multi functional project teams
-Experience in structured complex project management (RAD/Agile )
-Process design and workflow
-Specific experience relating to the track to be managed is desirable (ie Home/Motor/Claims Administration/Output Management)
