Our Financial Services client is seeking an Interim Organisational Design Lead to work within a Global and complex HR programme, looking at Employee Data Management (data capture). Your remit will include reviewing the current process, subsequent BPR, Target Operating Model (TOM) and the Organisational Design (OD).
You must have similar experience plus experience working with SAP v.6 (ECC6) Personnel Administration, along with strong Project Management skills. You will be engaged with senior level Stakeholders within the Programme and so first class communications skills are a pre-requisite. Financial Services experience is preferred.
