ABOUT THE POSITION
GTN Technical Staffing is assisting a client in the healthcare industry with identifying the best available mid-senior level J2EE Developer on the market. This is a great opportunity to work with cloud technology and various open source technologies. This position will build and maintain web portals for Lab Information Systems used for client services, data entry, billing, and other physician information. The end users are physicians and lab technologists. This position will be an 80/20 split between new development and support, and the applications will be 100% web-based. There will be a 50/50 split between Front End and Back End development.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in the following skill sets
- Full SDLC Web-Based Application Development - Java/J2EE
- JBoss/Hibernate
- Spring Framework
- SOAP/RESTful Web Services
- Java Persistence API (JPA) - Pessimistic Locking/Optimistic Locking
- Open Source Framework - ZK
- Agile SDLC Methodology
- RDBMS - MySQL
- Excellent English - Must be able to gather user requirements from end-users
- Extreme Programming (XP) SDLC Methodology
- Healthcare Industry a plus
- Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Open Source Framework - ZK
- JavaBeans API
