Description:
  • Extensive hands on experience with SAP HR/HCM payroll system
  • Has been through life cycle implementation of SAP HR/HCM Payroll
  • Multiple years of experience as payroll SME or payroll leader of the SAP HR/HCM Payroll system and payroll service operations.
  • Participated and has deep knowledge about SAP payroll processing and year-end testing in SAP HR/HCM payroll implementations.
  • Ability to document process and build test cases/scripts.
  • Ability to reconcile/validate test results with the business requirements.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams consisting of a mix of a large integrator, FTEs as well as independent consultants at both on and offshore model.
  • Ability to understand current process, suggest and implement new ideas and process improvements
  • Strong leadership skills to influence others to yield productive results.
  • Excellent communication skills enabling this resource to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
    Working in a team, for the payroll lead.
