tasks:
- Writing and testing of users and Workstation migration procedures.
- Writing and testing of "standard" support services (user creation, mailbox management)
- Users and Workstation migration
- Post migration support et troubleshooting
- Level 1 user support
- Workstation staging
- Take (helpdesk) calls
- Ticket management
- Stock management
Technicians' competences:
- Windows domain migration experience (users and workstations)
- Windows7
- Office 2010
- Capable of writing in a clear way procedures and processes
- Customer focused
