Genesys Engineer.
Our client is a large telecommunications company looking to recruit a Genesys Engineer to join their team. This is a contract position located in Dublin.
Role responsibilities:
- To document and present change requests to the Change Review Board.
- Undertake and complete telephony implementation work.
- Contribute to the integrity of documentation for telephony platform, particularly updating and reflecting changes to the as-is environment in a timely manner.
- Presentation of complex implementation plans.
- Ability to work on Genesys Framework Routing, Genesys inbounds voice solutions and Genesys Avaya integrations.
- Competent to work on a large Genesys Contact Centre deployments incorporating working on the installation, configuration and testing aspects.
- Working on configuring Genesys with both the Verint call recording platform and Symon wallboard services.
Candidate Experience:
- 5+ years telephony experience
- Genesys accreditation
- Has worked on Genesys/Avaya technology
- Has project experience of major telephony/Genesys rollouts in large enterprises
