Storage System Administrator/Systems Engineer - SAN, NAS,
Montreal Associates are seeking a Storage System Administrator/Systems Engineer for our customer in Helsinki, Finland for a 6 months duration contract.

Profile:
5 year of relevant experience in storage
Technology wise:
EMC Networker 7
NetApp 3xxx series
EMC clarion CX4
* Configure and administer Fibre Channel, FCoE and iSCSI Storage Area Networks built across several data centres;
* Configure and administer NFS, CIFS, etc. based NAS shares;
* Manage storage array layouts, RAID groups, synchronization strategies, data de-duplication implementations, etc.;
* Install, configure and administer SAN host connectivity products;
* Provision centralised storage for all required systems;
* Conduct performance analysis and monitoring of SAN environments;
* Conduct capacity planning of storage and backup systems;
* Integrate backup solutions for all systems, eg EMC NetWorker, Veritas NetBackup, etc.;
* Manage backups and restore of all systems, both client and server solutions;
* Author and maintain system and operational documentation.
* EMC CLARiiON storage arrays, CX4-960 or larger/newer with SnapView, MirrorView, NaviSphere/UniSphere, etc.;
* NetApp heads (eg V3270) and storage arrays;
* Brocade (or equivalent) Fibre Channel Switches/fabrics;
* EMC NetWorker 7.4 or later;
* Medium size tape libraries, eg Sun StorageTek SL500;
* Backup to disk solutions;
* Data de-duplication solutions;
* Current EMC SAN certification, eg EMC Proven Professional Expert;
* Current EMC NetWorker certification, eg EMC Proven Professional Expert;
* Experience with FCoE.
