Our client is a retail banking organisation
Collections Team Leader for a retail financial services organisation, concentrating on retail banking loans, cards and mortgages collections and recoveries.
Your background will be retail financial services collections, managing teams of collectors within either cards, loans or mortgages. You will have managed a team of collections or recoveries staff, through performance, quality and compliance. Resource planning, goal setting and incentive plans are all important to this role. This will be based in the Midlands and will be for an initial 6 months.
