MUST SPEAK FRENCH
Role Description
Design and Configuration of SAP in the following functional areas:
Finance and controlling Organization
General Ledger
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Asset accounting
Bank accounting
Controlling and COPA
Tax
Output forms
Intercompany accounting
Ability to run BI reports in the FI CO areas
Understanding of Solution Manager
Skills & Qualities
Good communication skills - presentation and writing skills
Confident personality to challenge local business requirements
Ability to stand in front of an audience and run a workshop
Good understanding of the business process with sales and billing
Ability to document concise and accurate minutes
Ability to keep to a deadline
Understands this is global template already built and reeds to be rolled out rapidly with a focus on tax, legal and statutory requirements
Have lead a small team
Have oversight of all the local gaps and functional specifications being developed, and track their progress through the entire life cycle.
Coordinate and main point of contact with the core team
QA Review all deliverables from and sign off before passing to the Core Team for sign off.
Report status to deployment manager
Key local integration point with change management, offshore delivery centres and Core
