Description
Seeking intermediate level scientist with 3+ years post graduate laboratory experience. The position responsibilities involve the successful completion of SPR, Octet, and/or KinExA assays. The candidate will experimentally evaluate protein-protein interactions including those of antibodies, soluble receptors, their ligands, and alternative scaffolds to support the timely characterization of potential bio-therapeutic drug leads. The candidate must have demonstrated analytical laboratory assay development experience in a dynamic environment responsible for meeting aggressive timelines.
MOST CRITICAL SKILLS: Extensive demonstrated experience with analytical assays to evaluate protein-protein interactions, specifically with ELISA, Biacore SPR, Octet, and/or KinExA assays. The candidate must have robust computational skills including thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Applications Excel and PowerPoint. Laboratory experience in an industrial setting is preferred.
