A large and well known Banking Client of ours is looking to bring on a Microsoft Exchange Engineer/Administrator to work on-site.

Responsibilities.
Responsible for executing engineering and administration activities to ensure service level agreements, Server and Messaging application up time, and project deliverables.
5+ years of administration experience with Microsoft Exchange 2010.
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline - preferred.

Skills.
Proficiency with Messaging, Exchange 2003/Exchange 2010.
Office Communications Server 2007 R2/Lync.
Mobile Device management.
Blackberry Enterprise.
Good for Enterprise. Proficiency with network protocols and infrastructure concepts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting (problem determination/resolution) skills.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts from technical staff to senior management.
Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and to work successfully under pressure.
Analytical thinker, with ability to solve problems.

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities.
Responds to monitoring alerts and execute reporting of system health and capacity through the use of tools and procedures to ensure compliancy with service level agreements and operational standards.
Leads small/internal projects and coordinate activities with internal staff, external vendors, outside departments, divisions and groups within the company.
Contributes to the development of and implement tactical and strategic plans for supporting the company's Messaging infrastructure.
Identifies potential areas for improving processes/procedures, server configurations and server images.
Contributes to the development of, maintenance of and adherence to system standards, policies, procedures and documentation to support consistency and compliancy requirements for corporate initiatives, operational objectives and service level agreements.
