Product Manager - Retail Banking
A UK Retail Bank are looking for a Manager with strong Retail Product experience to play a pivotal role in leading the strategy for their core Current Account range.
The successful candidate will need to have experience in managing products, ideally current accounts to contribute to the overall strategy of the programme. It is necessary to be a commercial individual with the ability to quickly understand key financial drivers. Effective in planning and controlling a number of initiatives is a must with the ability to prioritise them accordingly.
Essential Requirements
- Product Management experience, ideally within Retail Banking
- A customer focused approach to continuously improve their experience of products, in particular Current Accounts
- Effective in planning and controlling a number of initiatives, prioritising them accordingly.
- Able to develop business cases and display the winning commitment to gain support from stakeholders across the business
- Highly commercial in their approach to business with the ability to quickly understand the key financial drivers.
- Very results and delivery focused
