Recruiting Sourcer/Resourcer - London,11 month contract -up to £175 per day
Our client is a global multi media organisation who are at the forefront of this sector. They are a global enterprise and they currently expanding across Europe. A true entrepreneurial company with excellent opportunities. They are currently looking for a talented Resourcer to join their organisation for a period of 11 months.
Responsibilities
- Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies for the roles you will be required to fill.
- Act as a search expert for a functional area by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements.
- Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, technical knowledge and basic qualifications.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to engage and qualify candidates
- Track candidates through the interview process
- Manage all communication with the candidate to ensure a great experience
The ideally candidate will have the following:
- University degree or equivalent.
- Ideally 3+ years technical sourcing experience.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines.
- Familiar with social media tools such as Twitter, Linked-in and Facebook.
- Strong knowledge and passion for technology
