Change Analyst - Bristol - Banking/Communications - Up to £265 per day
A leading UK bank requires a Customer focussed Change Analyst to join a retail banking project based in Bristol.
You will support the project manager in the following key activities:
- Detail and document the Customer Side of Change impacts
- Define and document the customer treatment strategies
- Map the consolidated CSOC impacts of change
- Feed into and critique the Customer communications
- Support the communications work streams identifying interdependencies
- Reporting progress
- Stakeholder Management
To be considered you will be experienced in Customer Side of Change, marketing or communications campaigns. You will possess excellent all round communication skills and ideally will also have some experience or knowledge of implementing marketing campaigns.
Experience within financial services is highly desirable.
