Description
Exciting opportunity for people-focussed infrastructure manager to join the IT function of a leading entertainment and leisure company. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will be responsible for the entire infrastructure function. You will also work with development and project teams to deliver change programs and deliver sustainable improvements to business-wide IT platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support current applications and customer service delivery in a 24/7 environment
- Manage and mentor administrators, service desk and engineers
- Architecture, project and vendor management
- Contribute to business initiatives and identify value-add opportunities
- Work closely with the business to identify cost and risk management improvements
Key Requirements
- 5 years infrastructure management experience
- Expertise/certification in Microsoft (server & OS), networking/security (Cisco, Juniper), storage and virtualisation
- Strong communication, cross-business relationship building and vendor management skills
- Experience in project planning and management
- Hospitality, travel and leisure/entertainment experience preferred
