Description
Genesys engineer required for a large gobal organisation based in Dublin.
The profile of the individual we are looking for:
- 5+ years telephony experience
- Holds mid level of Genesys accreditation
- Has worked on Genesys/Avaya technology for at least 5+ years
- Has a good understanding of contact centre adjuncts/functionality (eg call recording, ACD, wall boards, etc)
- Has project experience of major telephony/Genesys rollouts in large enterprises
- Strong problem solving skills and a good team player
- Excellent communication skills through English (written and spoken).
Role:
- Working very closely day to day with the project team to ensure the rollouts/deployments stay on schedule.
- Have ability to take a design and work on own initiative (if required) to implement it.
- Undertake work on Genesys Framework Routing, Genesys inbound voice solutions and Genesys Avaya integrations.
- Competent to work on a large Genesys Contact Centre deployments incorporating working on the installation, configuration and testing aspects.
- Working on configuring Genesys with both the Verint call recording platform and Symon wallboard services.
