Description
An exciting opportunity is currently available in Brussels, Belgium for an English speaking IS Coordinator. This position is located in the Public Sector through an IT Service Provider.
Tasks:
- Analysis of guidance documentation, training material, and Web content
- Elaboration of tools, manuals, training courses, information campaigns etc.
- Provide support to internal and external information systems users
- Cooperate with services involved in developing the IT systems
- Management of Participant Portal content
Specific requirements:
- 11+ years of IT experience and 6+ years of relevant experience
- Quality & Process Management abilities
- Experience in IT/business
- Experience with web-authoring, E-learning, preparation of training courses
- Experience using collaboration platforms (eg SharePoint, Jive)
- Knowledge of ITIL or service management tools
Useful skills:
- Experience with knowledge management systems (eg Atlassian Confluence)
- Knowledge of framework programs for research, grant management and finance concepts
Language requirements:
- Fluent English (oral/written)
- French an asset
This position is offered as a freelance contract initially to last for around six months with extensions then likely.
