Your role will include the following responsibilities:
- Drive project outcomes by providing deep technical expertise
- Provide SME advice to customers and stakeholders
- Provide design and engineering expertise to formulate infrastructure solutions
- Consultation & high-level costings
- Drive consistency and standardisation
- Level 3 support
- Solid background in support in an operations environment and working with infrastructure architectures.
- Deep technical knowledge of NetApp
- A background in Tivoli Storage Manager
- Ideally some exposure to EMC DataDomain and Avamar
- Good working knowledge of SAN design and backup technology
- Large organisation experience
