Description
Online Tester - Retail Testing - Textile, Fashion required by Michael Rothstein Ltd (IT Recruitment Specialist). The successful candidate must have relevant commercial retail online testing experience from a TEXTILE or FASHION environment.
The main responsibilities will be as follows;
- Reviewing, understanding and interpreting user requirements and functional specification documents
- Developing specialist knowledge of the website to enable complete end to end' testing of each part of the system
- Creating test plans
- Carrying out testing (customer scenario testing, stress testing, performance testing etc) to ensure the website is providing required customer experience
- Reviewing and documenting test results
- Reporting and documenting issues and recommending effective resolutions
- User acceptance
- Communicating regularly with system developers
- Working as part of a team to tight deadlines
To be successful for this position you must meet the following requirements;
- Extensive retail online testing experience
- Software experience and technical understanding
- Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
- Solution focused and strong track record of completing projects to specifications
- A good understanding of online retail
- Excellent interpersonal skills Strong communication (verbal & written) skills
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
