Volume & Install Support Production Engineer

Job Mission
The Volume & Install Support Engineer reports to the Group Leader Volume & Install support and has regular internal interface with Development & Engineering, Production Engineering, Install & Pilot Support and Customer Support.

Job Description
Contribute to the output of volume production - test and install organization to secure the product generation process.

Education
Support:
Support the output versus planning. First, second and third line hands-on trouble shoot support for volume production (Test) and third line support for the install organization.

Machine technology:
Have a detailed knowledge and overview of the status of all current volume machines that are actually produced including related technologies.

Planning:
Plan analyses and solution of problems including consequences for Volume Production and field operation problems (recover sequence and/or OCAP).

Problem Solving:
Point out structural problems (GH), analyze them and generate solutions, whenever necessary together with Production Engineering and/or Development & Engineering. Monitor the quality and timing of problems and their implementation, including technical realization.

Knowledge transfer:
Hands on knowledge transfer to Volume Production. Actively seek for knowledge within Pilot production.

Experience
Knowledge on Bachelor degree in specific technological fields such as physics/optics, electronics, mechatronics, process technology/chemistry. Affinity with other technologies.

Personal skills
5 - 7 years of experience
- Hands-on experience in a technical production environment.
- Preferably experience with trouble-shooting: analysing problem, finding root-cause and determining solution.
- Knowledge of quality improvement methods,
- Knowledge and experience with technical project management
- Experience in problem analysis of products and processes

Other Information
Candidate will work 35,9 hours per week and in shifts.
