Support Service Engineer
Tangent are urgently searching for Service Support Engineer's for roles to be based in Brussels in Belgium for a 6 month rolling contract for a large telecommunications company.
Please be aware that due to the location of this role sponsorship can not be offered candidates.
The details of the role are listed below-
Writes and performs non regression test for all patches, releases and new equipment's (hardware and software) & deployment of these patches, release in the Signaling network.
Develops preventive maintenance procedures and follows up and controls the performance of the level 1 & level 2 activities.
Defines plans and coordinates systems/products & services roll-out with the objective of zero incident during the move to production.
Proposes optimization of system/product & services taking into account operational requirements.
