Our Financial Services Client is currently recruiting for a Site Closure/Property Change Project Manager to join them on a large scale change programme based predominantly in the West Midlands.
The purpose of this role is for the individual to carry out an Implementation/Site readiness role, to ensure colleagues/teams moving floors and all Technology installations happen to plan. In addition you would be supporting solutions in relation to Mail and Business Continuity
In order to be successful in your application for this role your CV should demonstrate:
* Experience of managing site closures/exits - The management and co-ordination of property and work moves to another location
* Ability to work with Property/IT and Telephony teams and agree an escalation process
* Attention to Detail - There will be multiple and complex moves that will need a lot of co-ordination
* Strong stakeholder Management
* Managing fast paced change and strong problem solving
