Daily Responsibilities:
Develops, implements, administers, and maintains policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company database. Implements data models, database designs, data access and table maintenance codes. Resolves database performance and capacity issues, and replication and other distributed data issues. May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and with 8or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with expert concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Necessary Skills:
10+ years DBA
5-6 years of HPUX
5-6 years of PL/SQL
Oracle 8i/9i/10g
Oracle E-business suite
