Mobile Application Development Tech Lead

Position Summary:
Technical Lead with experience in the Mobile Applications development for Retail banking customers of the banks.
Functional/Technical skills
Retail Banking functional knowledge
App development for iOS & Android devices

Mandatory requirements
- Overall IT experience of 5 to 6 years.
- 3 to 4 years' Technical experience in the projects related to the Mobile App Development (iOS or Android or both)
- Involvement in the Requirements discussions, Technical design discussions with the customer team.
- Experience in onsite-offshore coordination.
- Retail banking domain experience is a plus.
- Very good experience in the working with the customer team, setting the expectations on the dependencies, identifying the technical Risks and escalating to the PM on time, follow-up with the offshore team on the deliverables, Quality assurance of the offshore deliverables.

Deliverables
Work with the Business Analyst and finalize the Requirements documents
Work with the technical team and finalize the Technical Design
Liaison with the technical team for any queries during the Build & Unit testing
System Integration Testing execution
Support Tests performed by Customer
Coordinate between offshore team and customer team for the deliverables
Raise the risks and issues to the program manager

Personal
Ability to communicate well in English ( English will be an official communication language with the customer and internal teams)
Ability to effectively coordinate with offshore team, customer and various internal stakeholders
