Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a FX Options Prime Brokerage Change Manager, to be based in The Docklands.
The FX Options Prime Brokerage Change Manager will be responsible for:
-Definition of Target Operating model for FXO Operations
-Responsibility for the project management of Industry and Business-led initiatives through to delivery and post-implementation review
-Work with IT teams to provide support for key technology releases
-Undertake continuous process improvements across the GFX domain
-GFX Operations - in all major hubs and satellite sites when required
-Front Office - COO and Business Managers
-IT - GFX F2N Technology Management
-Other functions: risk Management, Legal & Docs, Compliance and Finance
-Leadership - focal point for reference and guidance on project implementations
-Business representation for GFX Ops across the group
-Teamwork - co-ordination of departmental projects and liaison with the key stakeholders globally. Build strong change capability for FXO
-Awareness of Industry and Business-led initiatives (CLS, SWIFT, Client Clearing, Regulatory Reporting). Play key role in ensuring department meets all required deliverables
As such, the successful FX Options Prime Brokerage Change Manager will have the following skills and experience:
-Strong understanding of the GFX business
-Knowledge of derivatives and Prime Brokerage Processing
-Broad knowledge of operations
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to problem solve, articulate requirements and implement change
-Strong leadership and teamwork skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong Organisational skills
