Our Financial Services client is currently in the market for a number of Change Analysts to join their team in Bristol. These positions will focus on the impact that business change will have on the colleague and customer experience and responsibilities will include the following;
In relation to the Customer side of change:
*Detailing and documenting the impact that business change will have on customers.
*Define customer treatment and customer communication strategies.
In relation to the colleague side of change:
*Document the impact that business change will have on colleagues.
*Identify internal training requirements and design training programmes and material in response to affect of business change.
*Ensure colleague support and guidance functions are up to standard.
*Define colleague communication strategies.
To be successful in this position, you will have prior analysis experience within a Change Management function and demonstrable knowledge of the affects that business change has on customers and colleagues. You will have prior experience of Banking communications campaigns, therefore prior Financial Services experience is also a must.
