Description
My client is one of the largest and most widely respected pharmaceutical companies in the world who employs over 3,500 people across 8 sites in the UK.
They are keen to recruit a Medical Information Officer (ABPI Signatory Support) to join their Medical division. This role will be based at their head office in Frimley, Surrey (GU16 7SR) and will initially be on a 12 months fixed term contract with the possibility of extending.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering medical/technical enquiries as well as providing guidance & support to external customers (doctors, pharmacists, patients etc) on the companies Oncology product range.
* Provide clinical expertise and UK ABPI Code of Practice knowledge for the oncology product portfolio to support the development and certification of promotional and non promotional materials.
* Contributes to medical, marketing, brand and sales team initiatives.
* Obtains and critically evaluates medical literature relevant to brand and customer enquiries.
Experience Required
* Experience within a Medical Information role.
* Qualified Pharmacist.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
