Contract Senior Internal Recruiter - esourcing, recruitment, shortlisting, candidate interviewing, sales, marketing, talent management based in London for an 11 month contract paying up to £260 per day.

The internal recruiter will take ownership for and be responsible for developing strategies to hire exceptionally talented people.
This includes providing clients and candidates with enticing and compelling experiences during the recruiting and hiring process. They are focused on building a scalable operation while working closely with management to develop creative, innovative solutions that support the company's growth.

This role is an essential part of a dynamic recruitment team, focusing on the assessment and interviewing of candidates for varied positions across Northern And Central Europe for several functions, mainly within Technology.

You will be an integral part of the interviewing and selection cycle, and will have extensive experience sourcing and hiring candidates. You must be delivery- focused and genuinely enjoy interacting and interviewing a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting the highest calibre of candidates.
- Assessing candidate's applications on a daily basis for a full range of roles from junio rlevel to senior management.
- Hands-on approach to all stages of the recruitment life cycle: dealing with the requisition process, carrying out telephone interviews, developing relationships and liaising with Hiring Managers on a daily basis, scheduling of interviews, handling the rejection and offer process, etc.
- Be involved in various stages of candidate attraction strategies and represent the client at recruitment and trade fairs, open days, etc. when required.
- Partnering and developing relationships with business partners to achieve staffing goals.

Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
- 4-8 years experience, ideally in an international environment.
-Extensive recruitment experience within a multinational environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of sourcing and attracting candidates.
- Previous experience of traditional as well as e-resourcing methods of attracting and sourcing staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and perform well under tight time constraints and changing deadlines.
- Strong knowledge and passion for technology, high level of comfort with all types of computer applications, and experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.
