OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
A leading payments company is looking for a competent Operations Director, for an initial 6 month contract in their London Office.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
*Background in Card Payments, Regulatory, Compliance and FSA are essential
*Diversity of experience at mid to senior management in Contact Centres and non Contact Centre process operations
*Process improvement is a key part of this role
*Good customer service ethos; 'customer is always right'
*Solid people management skills - from junior to senior level
*Running and managing 3rd party relationships
*Team of circa 40, with calls a day
