Description
The Senior Resourcing Lead will be required to investigate and analyse business activities with the aim of improving efficiency and designing/developing better solutions.
The Key accountabilities of this role are as follows
Identifying, understanding and documenting requirements - 35%
*Working with the business to understand issues experienced
*Articulating the business issues into requirements documentation that can be understood by the technical delivery teams
*Working with development teams to understand the requirement and deliver the chosen solution
*Bridging between the Business team and the technical team to discuss possible options and the impact of these options so the Business can make an informed choice on solution
*Working with the project manager, architects and team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application/process.
*Translating business operations and objects into requirement/design documentation to support the aims of the Programme
*Define functional and non-functional requirements and specifications
*Applying analytical skills to solution delivery/build and technical documentation
*Analysing and designing new business processes
Facilitating implementation and roll-out including communications - 30%
*Serve as a liaison to the business community, participate in a user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective
*Serve as a main contact to the technical teams to plan implementation
*Rolling-out communications or training on any changes to business practices
Managing stakeholder relationships
Key Skills Required
*Knowledge and experience in gathering Management Information business requirements
*Previous experience of working on transformation
*Ability to analyse and design business processes
*Ability to develop application requirements based on input from a variety of sources
*Ability to develop test conditions and expected results
*Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with
with established project standards
