One of ACT's high profile Federal Government departments is seeking several ICT Technical Managers to support the implementation of an Enterprise wide fully managed Telecommunications service. The successful applicant/s will have demonstrated experience across one or more of the following services: Cisco LAN services/Cisco WAN services, Cisco IP Telephony and SIP Carriage services, Contact Centre, Workforce Management services, Video Conferencing services, IT Service Management.
The services you will provide include, but not limited to;
- Ensure that the IT components of the new telecommunications services are integrated
- Manage the departments' Service Management implementation activities for the Telecommunications Technical Transition Team
- Liaise and consult with other Service and Business Management stakeholders to develop and integrate with the Service Provider's operational activities
- Support the Technical Lead, Program/Project Managers and Stream Leads of the Telecommunications Transition Program to allow reporting on project status, issues, finances and recruitment needs

- Relevant Qualifications
- Ability to identify, monitor and manage across an identified technical stream within a complex, diverse enterprise network
- Demonstrated experience in complex ICT solution design and implementation across enterprise wide networks
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical manager
