The contract is with a consultancy in Brussels to be on assignment to a large European Site in Den Haag Netherlands.
Details as follows:-
The consultancy services will involve participation in the analysis of business requirements for Law Enforcement information exchange.
Requested Profile:
- Mandatory skills (consultants not meeting the following minimal requirements will be excluded):
- Very good oral and written command of English language
- Knowledge and a minimum of 2 years experience per area and 5 years experience in total in the following areas:
- Information architectures, entity relationship models, ontology development and data security;
- Analysing business information requirements and defining logical information models;
- Information modelling tools;
- XML/XSD integration development.
- Desirable skills:
- Experience in interoperability and information exchange standardisation;
- Experience of information management, data quality, metadata management;
- Experience in a regulated environment with sensitive data and strong data protection requirements.
- Experience of working in an international, multi-disciplinary work environment, preferably in Law Enforcement.
- Knowledge of systems development life cycle;
- Knowledge in the following supporting technologies:
- Relational databases;
- UML, XML/XSD, data encoding standards;
- Web services standards.
