Description
Process Consultant (Finance Transformation, Lean Six Sigma) needed for our blue chip Financial Services client in Edinburgh. The right candidate must have strong, demonstrable experience as a Process Consultant including Process Analysis, Redesign and development expertise within Finance functions. You must be familiar with Lean Six Sigma, have previous experience working on a Finance transformation Project or Programme and expertise in 'fixing' broken processes within finance functions.
The role requires someone with experience in running workshops and facilitating change within Financial Services environments. You must have excellent communication and stakeholder skills, strong leadership skills and the ability to gain buy in and help drive through Change. Strong Financial Systems process knowledge combined with Finance Business Process expertise is essential. The role sits within a large Financial Transformation Programme and is an exciting opportunity for the right person.
